A few nice legal images I found:
How is this even legal? Wells Fargo NSF fee
I received an email alert that my account informing me my account dropped below 0. When I checked it I found that it was already negative so I transferred money to cover the items plus an extra just in case.
Too late. It appears that what Wells Fargo really wanted was to make sure I put enough money into my account to cover their insane, usurious fees. This picture shows how Wells Fargo charged me for two items each less than ( combined).
How the hell can this possibly be legal? This is the reason I left Bank of America, but because I told BOA to go to hell, they told me to go to ChekSystems so now I cannot open any new bank accounts anywhere. I’m in bankster hell.
